These terms govern your use of Wise Owl Eco Grants’ services. By applying for a grant or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• Our services are available to UK households only.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Service Description

• We offer a free service to help you apply for government ECO4 grants for energy-efficient home upgrades.

• If you qualify, installation is performed by Broad Oak or another approved supplier.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your application at any time up to the date of installation. Simply contact us to cancel.

​

Guarantee

• All installations come with a 12-month guarantee provided by the installer.

​

Fees and Refunds

• Our service is completely free. No fees are charged, and no refunds are applicable.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for installation work carried out by third-party suppliers. Any issues with installations should be addressed directly with the installer.
