Boiler Upgrade

With ECO4 Energy Grants

What we offer

We help you access the ECO4 scheme, part of the UK Government’s Energy Company Obligation (Phase 4), to replace outdated boilers at no cost. It focuses on upgrading inefficient, non-condensing or back boilers to modern, A-rated condensing or combi boilers, lowering your energy bills and reducing environmental impact.

Who qualifies

You may be eligible if you:

  • Receive certain means-tested benefits such as Universal Credit, Jobseeker’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Pension Credit or Working Tax Credit

  • Live in a property with an old, inefficient boiler or a sub-standard energy efficiency rating (EPC D–G)

Why upgrade?

New boilers can be up to 90 % efficient, cutting fuel use and energy bills significantly

You’ll enjoy more reliable heating, fewer breakdowns, and modern warranties

Upgrading may increase your property’s value and improve your EPC rating

The scheme supports the UK’s net-zero commitment by reducing carbon emissions

How to apply?

  • We assess your eligibility—based on benefits, income, current boiler condition, and energy rating

  • Book a survey with a qualified installer

  • If approved, your new boiler is installed at no cost by certified professionals

What’s included?

  • Full installation by certified engineers with no repayments, hidden fees, or catch

  • Often bundled with wall or loft insulation and smart heating controls

Types of boilers available

Options typically include:

  • Combi boilers – compact, fast hot water, ideal for small homes

  • System or conventional boilers – suitable for homes with storage tanks or multiple bathrooms

We’ll help you choose the right one for your home and heating needs.
